The Rhum Stop Restaurant concept was conceptualized in 2018 to provide a truly unique Bajan experience to both visitors and locals alike. The Rhum Stop specializes in rum-infused Bajan cuisine presented internationally. Our mission has been to highlight the beauty of rum as Barbados is credited with being the birthplace of RUM. Providing high-quality food experiences for all those that wish to have a unique and enjoyable ambiance with an extraordinary dining experience at Time Out Hotel in the food and entertainment district of St. Lawrence Gap.
The Rhum Stop is open 7 days a week from 7:30 until- serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Meet Chef Alfredo Batson
Having dreamed of becoming a Chef after his mother ignited his initial passion for cooking as child and, having spent many summers’ working in his mother’s restaurant; his persistence and dedication in culinary arts resulted in his vision to create a Barbadian themed restaurant of his own. He has operated and managed his own restaurant, building a strong brand and following for the past six (6) years. |
