St. Lawrence Gap or “The Gap” as it’s often called, is one the biggest centres of nightlife on our island and fortunately for us, it’s right down the street from our hotel.

Castaway Bar and Grill
Located right at the entrance of The Gap, this restaurant overlooks the picturesque St. Lawrence Bay which means that guests are treated to a stunning panoramic ocean view. The restaurant practices a farm to table concept that supports local farmers and businesses and the food always receives raving reviews.
Apsara Samudra
This restaurant offers some of the best authentic Indian and Thai cuisine on the island. It has received a rating of excellent by over 500 travellers on Trip Advisor, and several other awards. Not only do they have amazing dinner options, but you can also start the day there with yoga and a healthy breakfast! We can’t think of a better way to start off your day in St. Lawerence Gap.
Primo Bar and Bistro
With menu options starting at BD$37 and going all the way up to BD$115 Primo has a wide variety option for everyone to enjoy. Pasta, surf and turf and ribeye steak are just a few among a long list of delicious meals they have to offer. From its position nestled in the corner of St. Lawerence Gap, you’ll also be able to enjoy stunning views as with your meal at this restaurant!
Old Jammin
If you’re looking for a great drink and a fun time old Jammin is the place to be! One of their biggest attractions in the live performers that they have in. From young, new talent surfacing on the island to established performers, Old Jammin in The Gap showcases it all! Make sure you check out their facebook before you go to see the drink specials for the night!
The Cove
The Cove is one of the newest additions to The Gap and it has quickly become a favourite for many locals and tourist alike. The club features several dance floors and bars so if you're looking to have a great time an enjoy a variety of soca, dancehall, reggae and hip-hop, this is definitely the place! Thursday nights are drink free, Friday nights are free entry before 11!
McBride’s
McBride’s has been a top spot in St. Lawerence Gap for years! Will their killer food, great drink and lively atmosphere, it’s not hard to see why! They have become somewhat famous for their local lamb burger and both local and tourist enjoy the Irish pub vibes!
